Delivery depended on cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and lead generation specialists working across multiple time zones, and project delays were the number to bring down.

I ran Agile delivery and cross-functional projects, combining infrastructure optimization, automation, and stakeholder coordination. I built working relationships with the teams in the Philippines and Pakistan.
